Capability 03

Fabricated for the Field. Built to Fit the Scope.

SMART connects shop fabrication with the people who receive, deliver, and install the finished work.

Welder fabricating a structural steel assembly in the SMART metal shop

In practice

Everything here is built to approved drawings and specifications, then inspected, finished, crated, and delivered by the same organization that installs it.

Material and hardware are purchased against the specification and lead time.

Cut, form, weld, and assemble in the Orlando shop.

    Inspect

Dimensional and visual checks against the approved drawing before anything moves on.

  5. 05

Coating, paint, or scenic finish applied to the approved sample.

  6. 06

Custom crates and fixtures built around the assembly and its route.

  7. 07

    Deliver / install

Delivered on the install date and set by a crew that already knows the part.

Where our scope ends

  • Work is built to approved drawings and specifications supplied or accepted by the responsible party.
  • SMART does not provide engineering design or stamped calculations.
  • Load ratings, certifications, and acceptance remain with the party that holds them.

Built for

  • Scenic and specialty fabricators needing overflow shop capacity
  • Vendors requiring site-fit parts made near the project
  • Owners adding access, guarding, or enclosures to existing attractions
