Crews, shop, purchasing, and transport sit inside the same company, which is why coordination gaps stay small and accountability stays with one name.
We work for ride and equipment vendors, general contractors, operators, and project teams — usually as a specialty contributor inside a larger schedule, sometimes as the group holding several pieces together.
The work ranges from attraction installation and maintenance to metal and wood fabrication, scenic finishing, receiving, staging, crating, and delivery. What connects it is the environment: live parks, tight windows, and details guests will stand next to.
History
Decades in the work behind the experience.
SMART's roots in attraction support span decades. As the work expanded, so did the company's ability to combine field crews, project leadership, fabrication, materials, and logistics.
In 2011, company-authored history notes the addition of a production facility, tooling, and equipment to support more complete project delivery.
That combination is what the company is today: people in the field, a shop behind them, and the purchasing and logistics chain that keeps both supplied.
Published sources disagree on the company's founding year. Rather than print a date we cannot verify, this page describes tenure. The detailed date records stay in the development verification panel until the company confirms them.
