Capability 01
Installation Support From Delivery Through Closeout.
SMART coordinates crews, shop support, materials, and field logistics for new installations, refurbishments, and vendor-led scopes.

In practice
One team receives the freight, stages the material, sets the work, and stays through punch list — so the handoffs between delivery and closeout stop being your problem.
Scope
What we support
Installation scope is grouped by where it sits in the build. Most projects draw from more than one group.
01
Receiving & deployment
Getting components from the truck to the exact place they are needed, in the order the build needs them.
- Freight receiving, inspection, and staging at the Orlando facility or on site
- Track, structure, and major component delivery to the work face
- Crane and equipment coordination with the responsible operator
- Laydown yard organization and material sequencing
- Temporary construction walls, barricades, and work enclosures
02
Assembly & show set support
Field assembly and set work performed to the vendor's drawings and under the responsible party's direction.
- Coaster anchor cage assembly and base plate column grouting
- Structural set, shimming, alignment support, and grating
- Show set installation and show action equipment installation support
- Boat ride guide installation and ride envelope template work
- Audio and video component removal and reinstallation support
03
Guest area & site elements
The visible work around the attraction that has to be finished before the area opens.
- Queue modifications, themed fencing, and chain link fencing
- Shade structures, netting, deck systems, and stages
- Guard shacks, bollards, and parking and pathway elements
- Fence and sign relocation
- Concrete slabs, grinding, removal, and trenching
04
Testing support, punch list & closeout
The last ten percent, tracked as its own scope instead of an afterthought.
- Support to the responsible party during testing and inspection windows
- Punch list execution and rework
- Safety gap mitigation support where directed
- Site cleaning, protection removal, and area turnover
- Documented closeout and demobilization

Process
Coordination points
Where an installation usually goes wrong, and what we hold ourselves to instead.
01
Scope and drawing review
We read the vendor set and the site conditions together, then write down what is and is not in our scope before mobilizing.
02
Delivery sequencing
Receiving dates are matched to the build sequence so components are not stored twice or dug out of a laydown yard.
03
Daily site coordination
A designated lead attends the coordination meeting, holds the safety brief, and reports progress against the schedule you keep.
04
Interface with the responsible party
Licensed and certified work stays with the party who holds it. We support that party and document what we handled.
05
Punch and turnover
Punch items are tracked to closure with photos and a written turnover instead of a verbal handoff.
Where our scope ends
- SMART does not design, certify, or commission ride systems.
- Licensed electrical and controls work stays with the licensed party; we provide support scope only.
- Inspection and acceptance remain with the owner, the vendor, and the authority having jurisdiction.
Built for
- Ride and show-system vendors installing away from home
- General contractors and construction managers needing a field crew that reads a drawing
- Owners closing out punch and guest-readiness scope

Installation
Send us the drawing set and the dates.
Tell us what is arriving, when the area has to be back, and who else is on site. We will tell you plainly whether we are the right crew.
